The above said council is a division regulating and governed the norms
& objects of ISWF & IEF of India is a registered organization
under SR Act 21 of 1860 (Working under Act 1882 & Sec. 8) with its
head office at Delhi is Generally called central board being central
office to supervise the affiliated Institutions/colleges on all India
bases. The council do not have any concern with any other council
(Government-non-government) U.G.C. etc. All Diplomas/certificates etc.
are awarded autonomously by the council.
For effective health services now there is need that entire programme
should be at national level to be reviewed to move with new medical
developments. The responsibilities of community in health have more
importance which should have trained health specialist along with
workers and technologists and should be well equipped to give specified
remedies for day to day illness.
All India Paramedical Council has been establish to workers may get
rural atmosphere which may help them to work in rural and urban areas.
So the council is promoting paramedical sciences and health education in
the country also creating a bend of well trained Para Medical personals.
In the year 1981 our beloved priminister (Late) Smt. Indra Gandhi said
that population growth is a problem and to tackle it we will need
trained Doctors/technicians to check this problem also to over come the
diseases to achieve this target we need trained personal in various
medical field.
So to achieve this purpose All India Paramedical Council has been
founded. We have proud to inform that our Institutions stands in
therefore front of similar institutes in India as on our quality
knowledge & training as well as students in Medical Technology.
These courses are job oriented and self employment courses. The
candidates after doing these courses can apply for the Government, Semi
Government, Semi Private or Private Institutions for the job if there
are vacancices but we do not take any gaurenty for any kind of job.
उपर्युक्त परिषद एक प्रभाग है जो भारत के ISWF और IEF के मानदंडों और
वस्तुओं को विनियमित और शासित करता है, एसआर अधिनियम 21 1860 (अधिनियम 1882
और धारा 8 के तहत काम करना) के तहत दिल्ली में अपने प्रधान कार्यालय के साथ
एक पंजीकृत संगठन है। आम तौर पर सभी भारतीय ठिकानों पर संबद्ध संस्थानों /
कॉलेजों की निगरानी के लिए केंद्रीय बोर्ड को केंद्रीय कार्यालय कहा जाता
है। परिषद का किसी अन्य परिषद (सरकारी-गैर-सरकारी) के साथ कोई सरोकार नहीं
है। यू.जी.सी. आदि सभी डिप्लोमा / प्रमाण पत्र आदि को परिषद द्वारा
स्वायत्तता प्रदान की जाती है।
प्रभावी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए अब आवश्यकता है कि नए चिकित्सा विकास के
साथ आगे बढ़ने के लिए पूरे कार्यक्रम को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर होना चाहिए।
स्वास्थ्य में समुदाय की जिम्मेदारियों का अधिक महत्व है जो श्रमिकों और
प्रौद्योगिकीविदों के साथ प्रशिक्षित स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञ के पास होना चाहिए
और दिन की बीमारी के लिए निर्दिष्ट उपचार देने के लिए अच्छी तरह से
सुसज्जित होना चाहिए।
अखिल भारतीय पैरामेडिकल काउंसिल की स्थापना की गई है ताकि श्रमिकों को
ग्रामीण वातावरण मिल सके जिससे उन्हें ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में काम
करने में मदद मिल सके। इसलिए परिषद देश में पैरामेडिकल साइंसेज और हेल्थ
एजुकेशन को बढ़ावा दे रही है, साथ ही अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित पैरा मेडिकल
पर्सनल्स का भी निर्माण कर रही है।
वर्ष 1981 में हमारी प्यारी प्राइमिनिस्टर (स्वर्गीय) श्रीमती। इंद्र
गांधी ने कहा कि जनसंख्या वृद्धि एक समस्या है और इससे निपटने के लिए हमें
इस समस्या की जांच करने के लिए प्रशिक्षित डॉक्टरों / तकनीशियनों की
आवश्यकता होगी, ताकि इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए हमें विभिन्न
चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षित व्यक्तिगत की जरूरत है।
इसलिए इस उद्देश्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए अखिल भारतीय पैरामेडिकल
काउंसिल की स्थापना की गई है। हमें यह सूचित करने में गर्व है कि हमारे
संस्थान भारत में समान संस्थानों के सामने खड़े हैं, क्योंकि हमारे
गुणवत्ता ज्ञान और प्रशिक्षण के साथ-साथ मेडिकल प्रौद्योगिकी के छात्रों
में भी। ये कोर्स जॉब ओरिएंटेड और सेल्फ एम्प्लॉयमेंट कोर्स हैं। इन
पाठ्यक्रमों को करने के बाद उम्मीदवार सरकार, अर्ध सरकारी, अर्ध निजी या
निजी संस्थानों में नौकरी के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, यदि रिक्तियां हैं,
लेकिन हम किसी भी प्रकार की नौकरी के लिए कोई भी गारंटी नहीं लेते हैं।
All India Paramedical Council of India, established in the year 2012,
is a registered Organization under I.T. Act 1882 and I.R. Act 1908, with
its central office located at Uttar Pradesh, India. The Council
registers qualified paramedics or colleges autonomously without any
Governmental or non-Governmental association.
There is no Act or Council to regulate the hiring or functioning of
paramedics, whether in the city or country. There is no way of
ascertaining the work record or conduct of a particular
paramedic,” the official noted.
The Council will accredit operation theatre (OT) technicians, OT
assistants, Physiotherapy Technician , laboratory technicians,
laboratory assistants, X-Ray technicians, ECG technicians, darkroom
assistants and Central Sterilisation Department assistants. All
institutions will have to register with the Council that will issue
certificates only after professionals have worked for fixed period.
The council has separate guidelines and regulations issued with the
acceptance of all the active members of the governing body of the
Council.
The Council registers qualified personnel and Colleges/ University for
paramedical sciences for world-class training and future practice of the
profession.
With the limited number of available trained paramedics, the Council
aims to minimize the dearth with qualified and trained personnel and
compensate the shortage.
वर्ष 2012 में स्थापित ऑल इण्डिया पैरामेडिकल काउंसिल, IT के तहत एक
पंजीकृत संगठन है। एक्ट 1882 और आई। आर। अधिनियम 1908, उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत
में स्थित अपने केंद्रीय कार्यालय के साथ। परिषद किसी भी सरकारी या
गैर-सरकारी संघ के बिना स्वायत्त रूप से पैरामेडिक्स या कॉलेजों को पंजीकृत
करती है।
शहर या देश में पैरामेडिक्स की भर्ती या कामकाज को विनियमित करने के लिए
कोई अधिनियम या परिषद नहीं है। किसी विशेष अर्धसैनिक के काम के रिकॉर्ड या
आचरण का पता लगाने का कोई तरीका नहीं है, "अधिकारी ने कहा।
परिषद ऑपरेशन थियेटर (ओटी) तकनीशियनों, ओटी सहायकों, फिजियोथेरेपी
तकनीशियन, प्रयोगशाला तकनीशियनों, प्रयोगशाला सहायकों, एक्स-रे तकनीशियनों,
ईसीजी तकनीशियनों, डार्करूम सहायकों और केंद्रीय बंध्याकरण विभाग सहायकों
को मान्यता देगा। सभी संस्थानों को परिषद के साथ पंजीकरण करना होगा जो
पेशेवरों को निश्चित अवधि के लिए काम करने के बाद ही प्रमाण पत्र जारी
करेगा।
परिषद के पास परिषद के शासी निकाय के सभी सक्रिय सदस्यों की स्वीकृति के
साथ जारी अलग-अलग दिशानिर्देश और नियम हैं।
परिषद विश्व स्तर के प्रशिक्षण और पेशे के भविष्य के लिए पैरामेडिकल
विज्ञान के लिए योग्य कर्मियों और कॉलेजों / विश्वविद्यालय को पंजीकृत करती
है।
उपलब्ध प्रशिक्षित पैरामेडिक्स की सीमित संख्या के साथ, परिषद का
उद्देश्य योग्य और प्रशिक्षित कर्मियों के साथ कमी को कम करना है और कमी की
भरपाई करना है।

- 1.To expose the benefit of paramedical science nation-wide.
- 2.To register candidates with deserving quality for fair and
professional practice and maintain an All India Paramedical register of
persons who hold registrations.
- 3.To issue ethical guidelines for the professional practice and
lift-up the standard of quality practice.
- 4.To set-up grades of membership in the Council based on the
duration of membership………
- 5.To expose the members of the Council with the recent scientific
development in the paramedical sciences by holding periodical
presentations and seminars, workshops, refresher courses, orientation
courses, India-level meetings and lectures etc. and regular exposure by
journals, publications discussions etc.
- 6.To expose the members with world-class technological advancement
in the field of paramedical science and their operations.
- 7.To encourage the other Institutes and research labs all over India
to work in collaboration and promote the field.
- 8.To receive donations, grants, gifts, and acquire, hold, manage and
dispose any property movable or immovable including council and
endowment properties.
- 9.To maintain the honor and dignity of the principles and protect
interest of the Paramedical sciences by expressing views and checking
the means that interferes with the policy matters and regulatory
affairs of the Council.
- 10.To encourage research in the paramedical sciences by exposing the
members with recent research development in premier research
Institutes.
- 11.To encourage Central and State Govt. to establish Paramedical
health centers, hospitals, provide donations, grants, for the promotion
and upliftment of the field.
- 12.To affiliate other registered bodies that are subscribing with
the policy of this Council.
- 13.To establish goodwill among Statutory Bodies, Boards, Councils,
Associations, Universities for support for the fulfillment of the goal.
- 14.To organize public campaigns to spread awareness about diseases
and common household health-care systems and encourage the NGOs to
participate in such initiatives.
- 15.To promote co-operation and build relationship with the members
of Paramedical fraternity by forming a unitary organization of
paramedics.
- 16.To recognize an institution of higher learning and may withdraw
recognition for the purpose of the Council's objectives.
- 17.To publish journals and papers for the mass awareness of several
healthy hazards development in the field of Paramedical sciences and
disseminate its benefits.
- 18.To set-up guidelines protecting the rights and privileges for the
registered paramedics and their free practice and express strict views
to any External policies affecting their practice in particular and
public health in general.
- 19.To issue regulations, to be implemented by several branches all
over India under the Council, for synchronized performances to achieve
uniform quality in paramedical sciences.
- 20.To inspect/visit the branches nation-wide for maintaining a equal
standard of education in paramedical sciences.
- 21. To establish different categories of members of PMCI
- 22. To maintain Registers of different categories of members of
PMCI. However Life and Ordinary Members will have a common register.
- 23.To set and ensure ethical professional practices and promote high
professional standards of independent practice of paramedics by the
members of PMCI.

study circles, meetings, & lectures and to publish literature,
journals, periodicals, newsletters etc. and such other means/
publication
